Shipping & Handling Disclaimer

-TSP endeavors to meet all estimated delivery timelines; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

- Delivery shall be considered fulfilled upon drop-off at the Customer’s designated installation shop.

-At the moment of delivery, title and risk of loss for the products transfer to the Customer.

Dispute Resolution

-In the event of a dispute, Customers shall first contact TSP directly in good faith to attempt informal resolution.

- If a resolution cannot be reached, TSP shall provide a written statement outlining available options for further resolution.

- Nothing in this section shall limit the rights of either party to pursue remedies available under applicable law.
