Company Policies and Terms of Service

Tire Solutions Providers Corp. (“TSPC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”)

By accessing our listings on Neelamga! and purchasing products from Tire Solutions Providers Corp., you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following policies and terms. Please read them carefully prior to placing any order.

1. Product Sales

1.1 All supplies offered for sale by TSP are made available exclusively through our online store at Neelamga!.

1.2 Upon confirmation of full payment, TSPC shall deliver purchased products solely to the designated installation shop provided by the Customer. No alternative delivery methods (including home delivery or self-pickup) are permitted.

2. Payment Policy

2.1 Invoices are issued electronically via PayPal or Square following confirmation of the Customer’s installation appointment and designated delivery location.

2.2 All orders shall be processed and shipped strictly upon receipt of full payment.

2.3 Payment must be received within twenty-four (24) hours of invoice issuance. Failure to remit timely payment may result in cancellation of the order.

3. Delivery Policy

3.1 TSP shall deliver purchased supplies exclusively to the Commercial Address identified by the Customer at the time of order.

3.2 No delivery shall be made to residential addresses or for customer pickup.

3.3 Customers will be notified of the estimated delivery date and time.

4. Return Policy

4.1 Products may be returned within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Supplies must be unused, unpacked, and in their original condition.

4.2 Customers shall be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of TSPC (e.g., incorrect product shipped).

4.3 Customers must contact TSPC Support prior to initiating any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refunds shall be issued to the original method of payment within seven (7) business days after returned products are received and inspected.

5.2 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a TSPC error.

5.3 No restocking fees shall be applied.

6. Customer Support & Communication

6.1 Customers may seek assistance via:

6.2 TSPC endeavors to respond to all inquiries within one (1) business day.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 TSPC collects and processes Customer information (including name, phone number, address, and email) solely for the purposes of order processing and delivery.

7.2 TSP does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose Customer data to third parties except where necessary to complete payment and fulfillment through trusted partners, including Neelamga!, PayPal, Square, and authorized courier services.

7.3 Customers with privacy-related concerns may contact TSP directly.

8. Terms & Conditions of Sale

8.1 By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all policies contained herein.

8.2 TSP reserves the right to:

• Update pricing at any time without prior notice;
  
  

• Cancel orders due to stock unavailability; and
  
  

• Restrict service to defined geographic regions.

8.3 Currently, delivery services are limited to the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. metro areas.
