1. Product Sales

• We specialize in selling new and used tires, offered through our storefront on the Neelamga! platform.

• Tires are sold without installation. Installation must be arranged independently by the buyer.

• Buyers may select a shop of their choice for installation and are responsible for any costs or arrangements related to that service.

2. Payment Policy

• After confirming your order, we will send you a secure invoice via PayPal or Square.

• Payment is due within 24 hours of invoice issuance. Orders not paid in that time will be canceled automatically.

• We do not collect payments through Neelamga.com directly at this time.

3. Delivery Policy

• Tires are delivered to the shop of your choice after full payment is received and delivery instructions are provided.

• Customers must notify us through the listing message tool or by email with the name and address of their selected installation shop.

• We do not offer home delivery or self-pickup options at this time.

4. Return Policy

• Tires can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

- They are unused and uninstalled

- Returned in their original condition

• Once tires are installed, they are not eligible for return.

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we made a shipping or product error.

5. Installation Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for installation, workmanship, scheduling issues, or delays caused by third-party repair shops.

• All installation agreements are strictly between the buyer and the shop they choose.
