UPS SHIPMENTS:

Notify us immediately of any damages, we can only honor claims made within 10 days of shipment.(see breakage below)

TRUCK SHIPMENTS:

Do not sign a clean bill of lading if you hear rattling. Make all claims with carrier within one week of shipment. We will assist you with your claim with carrier.


RETURNS:

Must be authorized. No returns without prior authorization or after 10 days of receipt of shipment. Call tag will be issued for for defective or misshipped merchandise. Following receipt and inspection of merchandise, account will be credited accordingly or a no charge replacement will be processed. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

BREAKAGE:

If breakage occurs during shipment, contact Badash customer service immediately. Retain the original cartonand packing materials for inspection by shipper. Account will be credited accordingly or a no charge shipment processed. Breakage claims cannot be honored if this procedure is not followed.
