Must be authorized. No returns without prior authorization or after 10 days of receipt of shipment. Call tag will be issued for for defective or wrong shipped merchandise. Following receipt and inspection of merchandise, account will be credited accordingly or a no charge replacement will be processed. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
