We will contact you to scheduled an appointment for the installation of your Tire(s) at your home or place of work within 24 hours after receiving the payment

If you find after your purchase with us that you’re unsatisfied with your tire(s), just go ahead and ask for a refund. Refunds cannot be given for tires that have been already installed on a vehicle. If you requested our "Special Delivery" service, the corresponding fee (if any) is not refundable.
