Notify us immediately of any damages, we can only honor claims made within 5 days of shipment. BREAKAGE: If breakage occurs during shipment, contact customer service immediately using"Questions & Answers Tab or call your Account Executive . Retain the original carton and packing materials for inspection by shipper. Account will be credited accordingly or a no charge shipment processed. Breakage claims cannot be honored if this procedure is not followed.

Must be authorized. No returns without prior authorization or after 30 days of receipt of shipment. Call tag will be issued for for defective or wrong shipped merchandise. Following receipt and inspection of merchandise, account will be credited accordingly or a no charge replacement will be processed. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
